Rules and Regulations

• Only AOS ILL, GD & GDIM students graduating in Spring/Summer/Fall 2025 may submit work to be juried for AOS Pratt Shows: Design. All graduating AOS students are expected to submit work.

• The show is juried and has limited space available for display. Not all works or all students submitting works will necessarily be selected. Jury selections are final.

• Students may not remove any work prior to the closing of the show. (De-installation is May 21 9-4pm & May 22 9am-12pm)

• All submitted work must have been made while enrolled as a student at Pratt (including work created outside of class projects). No outside work shall be accepted.

*Deadlines are subject to change by AAS/AOS Administration with or without prior notice.

**Submission deadline is Monday, April 21 5:00pm.

***Work (2D or 3D) which is submitted without proper file labeling will not be considered. Work which does not meet the digital submission guidelines will not be considered. 

****The Associate Degree Department is not responsible for lost or damaged work.
